When using TAPI application, and sometime other application: After first time Hi-Phone driverâ?Ts installation, you should restart the PC in order to enable the WIN TAPI service to detect the Hi-Phone products. Also, during ongoing operation, when the PC restarts the Hi-Phone should be connected. Applications may not see the Hi-Phone, if the Hi-Phone device is connected after the PC starts. |

I have a Way2Call DeskTop USB modem. The test wizard says that everything is working, but none of my software works with the modem. When I try to configure the modem, it does not show up in the device list. What am I doing wrong?
