Analog phone/line events

   Hi

I'm looking for a solution that will enable me to

1. Get events of my phone (Handset up/down; dialed no.; etc.)
2. Get Line (Analog) events (busy; ringing; etc.)
3. XP VBA library
4. Support for FAX 

As you realize i'm novice ... any support and suggestions are appreciated
