Programically Check Drivers?

   I am using the Mastero on a 32 bit windows 7 machine. It seems like ocasionally I have to go back and restart my machine that has that setup on it. It seems so random. I can have it running for a week or two then suddenly the modem does not want to dial or my voices are gone. Is there a way that I can programically check if the drivers are good?
