DTMF note being detected in UK

   I have just taken delivery of a Desktop Pro and I am trying to get an application to recognise DMTF keys entered by the person calling . The "on DTMFKeyUp" event does fire at all. Do I need to set something else to get these to work in the UK ?. The test applicstion also does not show any key strokes entered in the phone.
