Call using Way2Call USB never answered

   Hello,

I have a simple TAPI telephony application which uses a 3rd party library (AddTAPI).  I have
used other TAPI devices with no problems. My program will dial a phone number and then
when the call is answered, it will play a WAV file or text to speech.

However, when I use the Way2Call USB TAPI device, the call rings the other phone. When
I answer it, nothing happens. Are there some settings which will enable all TAPI functions
for the Way2Call device so that it works properly?
