Hello

We need to create a call system that needs to call several phone numbers ASAP

Can I do this with Voip? What tools do I need. Are there apps out there already?

we did find a service and a third party developer (ocx) that we have been working with.

Telephony is tough

We need to know when a machine answers vs a person and how quickly we can force a hangup
