Hi all, I'm testing the 3way conference by using Hiphone Maestro, below are the steps:

1. Add line 1 to conference A
2. Attach headset to line 1 (optional)
3. Add line 2 to conference B
4. Attach headset to line 2 (optional)

But the hiphoneM throws an errorCry to both line1 and line 2 with the following description:

Matrix Error: Feature

And both lines can't hear each other which indicated the conference cannot be established.

What is the reason of the error, did I missed any step?

Please indicate your Hi-Phone Maestro p/n and s/n.

The conference capabilities require a PWC model (Power Conference model)

It looks like a model error.

What is your Hi-Phone Maestro model (IVR, PWD or PWC)?

Hi Doronsh, thanks for the reply.

This is the info of the Hi-Phone Maestro I'm using:

P/N: PM004LBL01
S/N: 1026-02-018028

I'm not sure which model is it, couldn't find any label on the box. Ermm

Your Hi-Phone Maestro is PWD (Power Dialer) model.

In order to do conference, you need the PWC (Power Conference) model

The product can be upgraded

The key can be purchased on-line at http://www.way2call.com/ - www.way2call.com >>> store PWD to PWC key.
