I am attempting to open the documentation found in the dll\doc directory but it says "Unknown publisher" and then when the window comes up it cannot find any of the help files.
 
the 20090104 release works fine but the latest release 20090408 does not want to open.
 
The contents tree is there but no subject data will display
 
This is for W2cMdSDK20090408

Antivirus applications sometime block the ZIP content, and therefore files cannot be found of executed.

Please right click with the mouse on the SDK downloaded zip file

Click unblock

And OK.

Try again

I had expanded the zip file into a directory and copied it to my C drive.  I right clicked on the .chm file and called up properties.  On the property page I selected unblock as you suggested and now it works.
