I have a Hi-Phone Desktop Pro I'm using with the Plantronics Vista M22 Adapter and Plantronics H261N headset, in conjunction with SmartCall. The microphone for this device on this particular machine does not seem to want to work, users can hear what the person on the other end of the line are saying, but cannot be heard themselves. When I try to run the Way2call Test Wizard, I get the following errors.

I do have to mention that this particular machine was experiencing some svchost.exe crashing problems earlier which I have since resolved, and the microphone issue seems to have only cropped up afterwards. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
