Hi-phone Desktop Pro

Multiple Devices Driver version 2.00.95
Windows XP
Plantronics HW261N Noice Canceling headsets with 2.5 Quick Disconnect cable for CA10
 
Having issue with hearing those being called and those being called having trouble hearing us. It's very sporadic.  One call can be fine then the next call, callers cannot hear people they are calling, then the next call, callers can hear but the person they are calling cannot hear them. Strange!

Check the cables.
Update the Hi-Phone drivers

Driver has been updated to 2.01.16.1 32bit and cables have been checked. Now nothing can be heard. No beeps, no static, nothing.
