PC telephony solution

   Hi

I'm looking for a PC telephony solution that

1. report to my s/w application, land-line events (ring, busy, silence, hangup, etc.)
2. report to my s/w application, my (desktop) analog phone events (handset up/down etc.)
3. support XP SP3 OS, VBA (2007) programming environment
4. FAX Tx/Rx

5. optional: recording & Voip

i'm not familiar with Way2Call products so any suggestion is welcomed 
is Hi-Phone Desktop USB a good choice (address my listed requirements) ?
