All is well now.
 
I followed your instructions:
   Control Panel'->'Speech' -> 'Audio Output' button
   and Select Hi-Phone.
 
This worked.

I'm having trouble with Vista Home Premium.

My text-to-speech app and way2call unit was working fine on my Windows XP box.

I then moved the way2call unit to my Vista box.

When my app, running on the Vista box, makes a call, my text-to-speech voice goes directly to the sound card instead of the telephone that was dialed.

I cannot figure out why this happens.
