I've plugged a splitter to the headset jack in the modem. The splitter then connected to a speaker and microphone and I set up the TAPI to use headset (via Way2Call TAPI setup) . Also, I've change the PC default audio and voice devices to Hi-Phone desktop pro. Is this a valid setup?</div><div><br></div><div>I tried to test the setup using Way2Call Test Wizard. I tested the headset but the app stop at "please plug in the headset" eventhough in the Test log I can see "Headset no. 2 in". If I skip the step and try the recording and playback, I can't hear any sound.</div><div><br></div><div>Please advice.</div>]]>
