Using mine (based on windows tapi) and also your application test (w2cMultiTestApp.exe), If I don't answer a call (and a leave to ring the phone), after 10-15 second I recive a Connect event. Looking within web site I found a post that seem to solve this problem --> ....  tune-up Voice Detect Threshold value (from OCX perspective changing VoiceDetectionThershold property or by Way2call TAPI Setup changing Voice Detect Threshold in advanced setting).
Please explain wich rule/method we have to use to discover the best value in order to avoid 
connected event

Accordin to FAQ section of your web site detailed explanation to decrease Voice Detection Threshold can be found inside the Hi-Phone User Manual.  Where I can found this manual ?
Inside CD Drivers / Web site only short-manual is available.
