Please do the followings:
Right click on the ZIP file (The original zip file you have downloaded).
Click unblock
OK
Right click on the zip file
Click extract all
Extract to a separate directory
Now it should work

Using a Hi-phone Desktop Lite, we have noticed that with a switched on "HeadSetEchoSuppression" approximately the first half second of any word spoken after a silence is suppressed and can hardly be heard on the other side of the connection.

The PhoneEchoSuppression makes no difference.

Is there any way to circumvent this problem (maybe an option to adjust some settings in the echo suppression circuitry)?

Dear all,
I'm new and I want start with tell thanks in advance for the support and sorry for my bad english.

I'm develop a software with the OCX and all I think was difficult was done (like send wav, recognized a digit, make a call)... The only thing that I think is easy not run..

My problem in fact is understand when to the other side the person answer to the call..
I find the system for understand when start the call but not when somebody the answer.

Any idea ?

I have just taken delivery of a Desktop Pro and I am trying to get an application to recognise DMTF keys entered by the person calling . The "on DTMFKeyUp" event does fire at all. Do I need to set something else to get these to work in the UK ?. Within the test application happens the same thing as within my own application (result of TranslateDeviceEventToString(dwDeviceID, dwEventCode, dwEventData) within OnDeviceEvent): "Indication tone detected, Negative"
 
It looks like the local frequencies are not loaded, but setting LocalCountry to something different (with same frequencies) does not have any effect either. Voice detected works so it is could not be a conflict with another audio/modem driver.

Please make sure that you are using the latest Hi-Phone drivers.
Use the Hi-Phone's test application to verify the tones detection
It can be downloaded from the developers page.

Using the OCX none of the OnBusyToneDetected and the OnReorderToneDetection events do fire.
 
The OnCallConnected and OnToneMonitored events work however the latter only with long (250+ msec) tones.
 
Have checked: the LocalCountry property is "31" (Netherlands) and the frequency of the dial-tone is 425 Hz.
 
Have also noted that using TAPI (the Windows Dialer.exe) also the busy/reorder detection does not work.
 
Do I forget something?
