I have Hi-Phone Desktop lite. I am having a hard time trying to get it determine if the phone was picked up by a human or if it went to voicemail/answering machine. I see that there is an option for voice mail frequency setup. Does that mean it has to be setup for every single voicemail tone. Is there an easier way? Is there somewhere I can look to get voicemail frequency? I just need help determine if the call went to voice mail or it was actually picked up.
