Your Hi-Phone Maestro is PWD (Power Dialer) model.

In order to do conference, you need the PWC (Power Conference) model

The product can be upgraded

The key can be purchased on-line at www.way2call.com >>> store PWD to PWC key.

I'm not sure which model is it, couldn't find any label on the box. Ermm

Hi all, I'm testing the 3way conference by using Hiphone Maestro, below are the steps:

1. Add line 1 to conference A
2. Attach headset to line 1 (optional)
3. Add line 2 to conference B
4. Attach headset to line 2 (optional)

But the hiphoneM throws an errorCry to both line1 and line 2 with the following description:

Matrix Error: Feature

And both lines can't hear each other which indicated the conference cannot be established. 

What is the reason of the error, did I missed any step?
