We are REALLY strugling with calls suddenly stop wanting to go out. It can be running fine for a month and then suddenly I have to restart the pc. For example. The whole month of March, it ran fine. No probrlems. It calls me when I expect it. Twice in April now I have to restart the machine. (Then it works fine). Because it runs for a long period of time, and then suddenly it stops, I am pretty sure its not the code (Although I can be wrong). What could cause this? Updates through Microsoft? The fact its going through Altergen? The machine its running on is a 32 bit machine. (We tried the 64 bit and it was really bad).

I am at a lost and REALLY could use some help/suggestions.

Thanks
