The Microsoft usbaudio.sys driver has a known problem in WIN XP and WIN 2003

This problem has been fixed in WIN Vista, WIN 7 and WIN server 2008.

Download and update the Hi-Phone Maestro firmware, which supports WIN XP and WIN server 2003.

Hi all,

I have encountered this issue for quite a while, sometime when I try to pickup the call, the windows went into bluescreen of death, and indicated that the usbaudio.sys had caused the problem. 

I'm using HiPhone Maestro Power Dialer model (FW: 11.03.38), 32-bit dll (ver. 1.3.7.0). hope someone can help me with this issue. Thanks!
