I have a hospital that is using a Hi-Phone Desktop Pro to place calls from an entry kiosk.
The User placing the call at the kiosk can hear the person called just fine.
The User picking up the call cannot hear the caller very well.
The microphone is about two feet away from the person placing the call. Mic level on the PC Sound Control panel is set to max: 100 and the volume control on the Hi-Phone Desktop Pro is set to max.
Speakers are remarkably loud in comparison - they have to be turned down.
Have tried different mics. Even mic preamplifiers, but just get distortion.
Can this be fixed somehow?
