Hi,

I have Hi-Phone Desktop Lite, use an headset and have created an application
using TAPI. In this configuration, Hold and unhold functionalities don't not
work. Please, could you give me the requirements for this functionality?

For example, does a handset need to be connected? (I have only a headset)

Does it work with all handset?
