Please help me with this...

Doronsh will likely be the one who reads this.  My "call progress" for my Hinkle program (Direct Buy) has stopped working with BOTH Windows XP AND Windows 7.  I am switching to XP because Hinkle more fully supports that.  The software/dialer does not detect busy signals, phone rings, or line "pickup."   It was working perfectly, but has suddenly stopped working over the last 30 days.

The dialer works great except it's missing all these detections.  Other people working in my situation have no such issue.  Any ideas?
