Using a Hi-phone Desktop Lite, we have noticed that with a switched on "HeadSetEchoSuppression" approximately the first half second of any word spoken after a silence is suppressed and can hardly be heard on the other side of the connection.

The PhoneEchoSuppression makes no difference.

Is there any way to circumvent this problem (maybe an option to adjust some settings in the echo suppression circuitry)?

Since it was brand new, they gave me good service and simply replaced it. I do not know if there is any other fix. Hi!
 Does anyone know how to send a list of wav files to the device, to be played one after another?
If I call the PlayWaveFile function twice without waiting for the first one to finish, only the second file is played.
